The Albanian Diocesan Chancery is located in Boston, MA.

Effective September 16, 2023: Bishop Nikodhim (Preston), assumed responsibility as the Bishop of Boston and the Albanian Archdiocese, and is a member of the Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America.

September 16, 2023:  Bishop Nikodhim (Preston), was ordained to the Holy Episcopate as the Bishop of Boston and the Albanian Archdiocese.
