1) In the St. George/Tithe.ly Donation dropdown box, please add your First name, Last Name, and Email address at a minimum with your donation so we can track who made the donation.

2) If you are making a donation in Memory of someone, please select Memorial Fund and add their name to the Note/Memo box in the lower portion of the donation window so we may notify a family member of your donation.
